Introduction <\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

This form is to be completed if you wish to become an Early Adopter and trial the new Compliance Plan (CP) approach before it becomes a legal requirement to do so. Whilst helping the Scottish Government (through the Futures Board work stream work currently being undertaken by the Building Standards Division), your participation will support the further development of future legislation and guidance to develop a nationally consistent approach to the delivery of building regulation compliant buildings through the building warrant process.<\/p>\n

The minimum requirements to become an Early Adopter are detailed in Section 4.4 of the Early Adopters Compliance Handbook<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p><\/div>
