The Scottish Government Client Guide to Construction Projects<\/em><\/a>. is mandated guidance for all public contracting authorities which are subject to the Scottish Public Finance Manual, for all others it is considered good practice guidance. While this is not aimed at industry it does provide an insight in to how the public sector conducts construction projects. The Client Guide is provided in three handbooks.
