The Construction Quality Improvement Collaborative (CQIC) was officially launched at a joint event with the Get It Right Initiative (GIRI) back in February 2023. GIRI is a group of UK construction industry experts, organisations and businesses actively improving productivity, quality, sustainability and safety in the construction sector by eliminating error. Their work very much aligns with that of CQIC and there has been an ongoing collaboration between CQIC and GIRI since the launch. As a part of that ongoing collaboration another joint meeting is taking place. The meeting will be an opportunity to –
- Hear from expert speakers about developments in error reduction and case study examples of where error reduction has contributed to improved productivity and quality outcomes.
- Participate in interactive roundtable discussions to explore how the construction industry can improve error reduction, quality and productivity.
