John is a Chartered Surveyor and has 28 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager undertaking roles within consultancy and contracting firms both in the UK and internationally. Experienced in the delivery of the full range of project and cost advisory services, John has helped deliver numerous public and private sector projects ranging from £250,000 to £150M. John is also a recent Past Chair of RICS Scotland where he has influenced government policy and industry strategy within the Built Environment sphere.
