Transformation Action Plan - Programme Manager
Karen is a built environment professional who is Programme Manager for the Transformation Action Plan of the Scottish Construction Accord. She provides a link between CQIC and the Transformation Board, which is delivering the Transformation Action Plan. She formerly led the RIAS Policy and Development programme.
