Head of Sustainable Construction Delivery for City of Edinburgh Council (CEC)
Patrick leads a team providing a design and project management function delivering projects across CEC’s Operational Estate. He is Currently leading CEC’s response to NetZero for new build and retrofit. He led City of Edinburgh’s input and response to the Cole Report and the PPP1 schools’ recovery. This required the identification and delivery of associated remedial works across the estate. This resulted in close involvement in addressing industry wide construction quality issues.
His initial career was in mechanical and electrical building services engineering design, then latterly moving into Project Management.
